Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Key Stage 1

School House Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in the Middlesbrough area to recruit an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant with recent knowledge and experience of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.

This is a full-time role supporting a Key Stage 1 class, likely within Year 1 or Year 2, and offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on pupils’ learning and development.

The position is expected to run until December 2026, with the possibility of an extension for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Have recent experience working within Key Stage 1
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
  • Be enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to supporting pupils’ progress
