HLTA Opportunity – Redcar & Cleveland Area

School House Recruitment is seeking an experienced and qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in the Redcar and Cleveland area.

This exciting role will involve working across Early Years and Key Stage 1, supporting pupils and staff within a busy and vibrant school environment.

Role Details:

  • 2.5 days per week (days to be confirmed)
  • Working across Early Years and Key Stage 1
  • Full academic year position
  • September start available

Essential Requirements:

  • HLTA status/qualification
  • Recent experience working within a primary school setting
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years and KS1 curriculum
  • A positive, proactive, and flexible approach
