About Us

School House Recruitment Ltd was launched in Stockton in February 2010.

Following its very early success, a second branch in South Yorkshire opened in September 2011.

Directors, Claire and Lucy had worked in education recruitment for a national company but had a shared ethos for their own ethical agency.  Both Directors have worked in the education recruitment for  20 years plus each and have seen many changes in the industry.

The ethos of the company has always been to build strong transparent relationships with schools and supply staff, whilst delivering excellent levels of service.

Since opening, School House has won a number of awards for service.  Both offices have been successful in their aim of building long -term relationships with schools as many original clients continue to use them as their first-choice agency.

Following many successful audits School House has also been awarded of the Government’s Crown Commercial Framework for Supply Teachers.

Both branches have very low staff turnover, many staff members have been part of the School House journey since the beginning.

The whole team at School House is incredibly proud to be recognised by school leaders as the ethical choice in school recruitment.
